Jimmy C. Luke, II
Jimmy C. Luke, II joins MBL after six years with Marshall and Mitch at Foltz Martin. Prior to MBL, Jimmy was with Thompson, O’Brien, Kemp & Nasuti, P.C.
Jimmy's primary practice is commercial real estate. In that capacity, he represents developers and owners of multi-family, retail, industrial, and other projects as well as conventional and private lenders.
Jimmy also has extensive experience in many varieties of commercial litigation, including fraudulent transfer, real estate disputes, and business divorces. In 2010, Jimmy won a jury trial that was named a 2010 Top 10 jury verdict in the State of Georgia in the field of contracts.
Jimmy lives in Marietta with his wife, Jessica, and three sons. In his free time, he enjoys rooting for the Atlanta Falcons and engaging in activities that were probably more prudent 15 years ago, such as bull riding, jumping out or off of safe things, and driving fast cars.
