Martin Bagwell Luke, P.C.

Mitch worked with Marshall at Foltz Martin for the thirteen years.  He represents developers and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate, including the acquisition, leasing, lending, construction and development of retail and office properties.  Mitch has extensive experience in the development of multi-family housing, mixed-use, and assisted living projects.  Mitch works with several regional banks to place construction and permanent financing on commercial projects.  He also represents a multi-national business process outsourcing company in various corporate and commercial matters, including their expansion into the field of LTL freight transport.

Mitch received his undergraduate degree in English from the Honors College at the University of South Carolina, cum laude, his Master of Arts from Northern Arizona University, magna cum laude, and his Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law.  He lives in Alpharetta with his wife Kristi.  In his spare time he attends his kids’ after-school activities and fondly remembers camping in national parks, attending college football games, and reading Literature.
